I'm Alex Host. I'm the hiring manager at Top Care Cleaning — the family cleaning business in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We've been around since 1980. I've been doing this for 15 years and conducted hundreds of interviews.

The internet has plenty of career-coach blogs telling job seekers what to say in an interview. I built this site to give you the other side of the desk — what hiring managers actually look for, what answers actually land, and which "strengths and weaknesses" responses I've heard a thousand times and stopped counting.
